BestEx Research Group, LLC, a client of the firm, successfully closed a $5 million Series A investment round. BestEx is a provider of algorithmic execution and measurement solutions for equity, futures and foreign exchange. The round was led by QC Ventures Ltd., a private investment firm affiliated with Quadrature, a quantitative investment manager. ELG was BestEx’s primary legal representation on this transaction and was involved from the deal’s inception through its closing.
